The Cottage is a converted Shippon with 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 people. A cot and an additional Z-bed are available on request.

• The Cottage has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people with the addition of a small child or baby.
• There are 1 large double bedroom (with a dressing room and hand basin) and 1 twin room on the ground floor, 1 double room upstairs
• There are 2 ground-floor bathrooms- the first has a WC, hand basin and shower - the second has a WC, hand basin and a bath with a shower- over 
• The kitchen/dining room is spacious, open plan and well equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer 
• The comfortable sitting room has an electric coal effect fire, colour TV/Radio, DVD and Video Players, free Wi-Fi connection
• Washing machine and access to a tumble dryer.
• Cot, high chair, Z-bed available 
• High standards of cleaning are maintained and bed linen, duvets, pillows ,towels, tea towels etc. are all included

Outside

• Lovely garden setting, beautiful views, ample outdoor seating, BBQ patio
• Safe for children - outdoor play area with swings and sand pit. Opportunities to see and help feed animals
• Pets are welcome by arrangement - direct access to the fields for walks
• Ample parking close to the Cottage. Under cover storage for bikes

• Home produce available, including free-range eggs, rare breed meat

With three generations to cater for, there is something for everyone. Each visit comes up with something new. Ashbourne is the gateway to the Dales for cycling, climbing, walks,. With Chatsworth, Go Ape, Caves and Waterworld nearby there is so much to do. It is a special farm and accommodation, and whenever we book up we are guaranteed a very warm welcome from Janet.”
