Booking and Prices

BOOKING

• Check availability on vacancy calendar above, email or phone and obtain price
• Send deposit (normally approx 50% of fee with rest payable on arrival) within 5 days and details of name, address, telephone and email contacts.
• Send cheque (payable to J Watson) to Moore’s Cottage Farm, Slack Lane, Upper Mayfield, Ashbourne, DE6 2JX. Internet Bank transfer possible on request & cash payments.
• Booking will be reserved for 5 days and confirmation will be in writing.

CONDITIONS

• Bookings normally are for one week but 3 / 4 days short breaks possible in low season
• Change-over day on Saturdays with availability normally from 3.00pm
• Please phone a few days before with expected time of arrival
• Departure normally by 10.00am (if other people arriving on same day)
• Cottage should  be left reasonably clean and tidy and all damages be paid for.
• Dogs not allowed on beds, sofas. Should be on a lead in fields with animals
• Smoking- only outside

PRICES

Please note - Unlike many Cottage Agency Bookings, there are no hidden charges, booking fees, VAT or compulsory insurance.

• Low Season from: - £ 330 
  High Season up to: - £ 700
• Short Breaks 2/3 of weekly cost
• Xmas & New Year - Special 5 day breaks (Xmas tree & decorations)- £ 660
• Dog ( extra cleaning charge- £20)
